My journey in the holistic world has changed my life
Sandra is a Reiki Master, Quantum Flow, Meditation, YogaBreath teacher, and leader.
She has had extensive training in holistic therapies for over 20 years. Sandra’s life experiences have led her to be very empathetic with the military community as she understands their transient nature of life experience, due to her husband deployments and TDY's (temporary duty).
Recently, Sandra taught high school students, Indigenous communities, and femmes fortes communities how to meditate which was not easy but she found ways to make it easier by adapting the meditation process. This made her realize that if you are innovative enough then change becomes achievable! One way this was shown is through changing one’s lifestyle so that one can live healthily and balance.
The first time I ever listened to someone's meditation, I was hooked. It was very relaxing and I was able to feel my body relaxing as he spoke the words of his meditation.
Mediation has changed the way I look at myself and my relationship with others.
I feel confident and inspired to lead, teach, and be myself. My reputation as a knowledgeable, compassionate leader and teacher is well known.
The first step of the journey: Intention

People don't always know to believe in what they can manifest. When we consciously bring our intentions of creating a strong vision, I believe that everyone can experience health and happiness in life.

The purpose of this program is to shine your desires and dreams in your journey of strong intentions and manifest the most beautiful life for yourself.
The second step: Awareness
You will learn:

- Why we have slipped away from our natural state.

Remember some of you have been in that stress mode for so long, it's the only way you know how to be. By opening yourself up to meditation your life will change in so many positive and exciting ways. Be happy, joyful, confident and motivated to make a difference within yourself and around you.
I would like to share a personal story of mine. To keep his identity anonymous, I will use the name Joe.
He is very close friend of the family and he has been working for the military for the past 27 years with a goal to retire in 3 years.
His dream was to travel around the world with his wife. Joe has a strong will and he is very determined and devoted to his work, family and friends. He was never a man to delegates he didn't trust anybody.
Not being aware of his stress level, he started to react to situation with aggression. This has made him become very impatient with his c0-workers, family and friends. Joe was working out 6 days a weekend never took time to rest, however if he did he would think about work, his worries and feeling guilty that he was not doing anything.
A while ago, I got a phone call to inform me the Joe was in a deep depression and could no longer handle any stress. For example, he can only walk short distance and he can no longer go to the doctor by himself he has no energy. After a long year, his health is gradually getting better.
I can assure you now, that he takes the time to do his deep breathing, meditation, Reiki Thai chi. Meditation has become his passion and it helps him to stay positive, calm and serene. I am positive that with his determination, willpower and strength he will regain his health and fulfill his dreams.
